New Year's in Banff
Offering our one-week, 2-bedroom/2 bath accommodation at Banff Rocky Mountain Resort. Booking runs from Sunday, December 29 (5 pm check-in) to Sunday, January 5 (11 am check-out). This has a full kitchen, small living room, two bedrooms upstairs, and a double pull-out couch downstairs. Unit is accessed via an exterior set of stairs. The potential purchaser must review the website and is solely responsible for understanding what is being offered.
I believe housekeeping is not provided during the week unless requested by the guest for a fee of $100, payable directly to the resort.
Smoking in rooms is strictly prohibited.
Small pets are allowed, for an additional $75 (payable to the resort) and must not be left alone.
The full week with all taxes and fees is $3500. Payment of $1000 must be made to the seller when an agreement is made, $1000 thirty days in advance of the booking and the balance on the check-in day. The first $1000 is non-refundable.
The agreement between the two parties may be cancelled by the purchaser at any time. Should the purchaser cancel between 30 and 0 days, 50% of the second $1000 will be refunded to the purchaser.
The seller will provide proof to the purchaser of the right to offer this unit. The purchaser will provide identification to the seller and agrees to meet in person.
