2”x4” exterior wall construction
3/8” OSB exterior walls with 1/2” plywood on interior
Home wrap and 1” rigged foam insulation
Fully insulated with r12 in walls and r28 pink insulation also, 1” rigged foam insulation in floor and r28 in roof
Floor joist and roof trusses are 2” x 10”
7/16” OSB roof, ice and water shield, and 30 year shingles
Exterior 8” shiplap Cedar siding and trim
36” metal door
2 large front windows ( both approximately 6’ tall, one is approx. 5’ wide, the other approximately 4’ wide)
2 (one on each side) crank windows (22’ x 34”)
Interior walls and ceiling are 6” tongue and groove cedar and tiles on the floor and around the wood stove
