There is an electric stove, frig/freezer, and laundry appliances. Heating is by hot water baseboard radiant. The wood stove is a recent addition and it works great. The tenant supplies their own firewood. Parking for one or two vehicles.
Damage deposit is $1200, but can be paid over a 3 month period. References would be appreciated. No smokers, no pets without landlord approval. No additional guests without landlord approval.
