ISO small acerage with house

Hi there, We are a family of 4 with 1 on the way looking to purchase our dream property in Alberta. We currently live in Manitoba but are in the process of moving to Alberta for my husband's work. He works in Alberta doing environmental consulting and wildlife management. We want to raise our children closer to beautiful nature. Our dream property would be between 4 and 10 acres with a good chunk being bush but with enough space for a large garden and berry patch. We want a small flock of chickens and possibly a few goats. My husband would love a heated shop/garage to store all his gear for all of his outdoor hobbies. The house does not have to be large or updated but of course needs to be liveable. Ideally 1200+sqft, 3 bed with preferably 1.5-2 bath. Possession date is fairly flexible but ideally some time in September or October. Our finances are ready to go as we have already sold our house here. We would like to stay around $350,000 but could go higher if the property is right. Location is not a huge concern as long as it's within 1.5 hours from either the Calgary or Edmonton airport. We know this is a long shot, but we're hopeful we will find something.
